Training Centers
It is the goal of NTI to utilize the blessings of modern
technology to provide training for as many leaders as
possible. The strategy is to allow gifted teachers in
the USA to come to Euless, Texas (in the Dallas area)
to NTI’s headquarters to teach in our media training
center. We video the teaching over the course of two
days and develop a professional DVD set of teaching.
Manuscripts of the teachings are provided with the DVD
set also. These videos are then dubbed over into the
language where they will be used. The format of the
teaching can be used in the primary communication format
of each nation. That could mean DVD, VCD, or even VHS.
The beauty of this technique is that each set of teaching
can be dubbed into as many languages as we have provision
and need for.
Working with a key national leader in each country,
we select facilitators who live in the provinces close
to the rural pastors who have no training. Four times
a year, we bring these facilitators to the main city
where they are trained with the materials NTI has produced.
Equipment is purchased for their respective areas. They
then bring together twenty-five to one-hundred leaders
who will then be trained. The goal is for these remote
training centers to equip these leaders four times a
year with timely discipleship and church growth materials.
Therefore, instead of a just a few of these remote
pastors being trained once every two to three years,
eventually thousands of frontline church leaders can
receive ongoing training up to four times a year in
their own language without having to leave their province.
