Sensitive Leadership Materials
NTI has the privilege of providing foundational Bible-centered
discipleship materials that are developed and structured
for the indigenous pastor and church leader in the emerging
nations. Most of the leaders that receive these materials
are rural, poor church leaders who have very little
or no access to any formal leadership training. As such,
these materials begin very basic and consider the educational
challenges that these leaders face.
Presently, NTI is working in conjunction with Equippers
Group International to help write and develop a series
of leadership manuals that will be used with thousands
of church leaders world-wide.
Some of the topics covered are: Worship & Praise,
Stewardship, Growing in Christ, The Church, Excellence
in Leadership, Evangelism & Church Growth, Spiritual
Warfare, Discipleship Basics, and much more.
Leadership Training
Every year, NTI sponsors leadership training schools
in strategic nations where the church is having significant
growth, yet experiences great leadership needs. Typically,
these schools are held in more remote areas away from
major cities in order to reach the most needy of God’s
choicest servants.
To ensure that all can participate, NTI will host 100-300
leaders for a four day training event where all materials,
meals, and lodging are provided. If possible, Bibles
will be given to those who still do not have a complete
copy of God’s Word.
Besides the week long events, NTI has done many one
or two day leadership events for regional pastors of
an area. Countries where NTI has had some kind of leadership
event, influence, or involvement would include Nepal,
India, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Kenya,
Nicaragua, and Honduras. Countries that have requested
leadership schools besides these mentioned would be
Uganda, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Congo, Philippines, and
Peru.
